Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 July 2026
1. The service
QFlow provides real-time clinic queue management: token issuance, a live web tracker for patients, WhatsApp notifications, and an AI assistant for queue questions, reschedules, and cancellations.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and for having a lawful basis (including patient consent where required) to send WhatsApp notifications. The service may not be used for spam, marketing blasts unrelated to appointments, or any unlawful purpose.
3. Plans, pushes & billing
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of WhatsApp pushes; top-up packs never expire. Fees are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g. GST). We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Trials & cancellation
Free trials require no card and end automatically. You may cancel anytime; paid periods already started are not refunded, and service continues until the period ends. You may export your data before closure.
5. Third-party dependencies
WhatsApp delivery depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Outages or policy changes by Meta or other providers may affect delivery; the live web tracker remains our fallback channel.
6. Availability & liability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. QFlow is a queue-management aid, not a medical device, and clinics remain responsible for patient care decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
7. Data
Use of patient data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Clinic data belongs to the clinic.
